•1 ½ -1 ¾ cups powder sugar
•1 cup butter, softened
•2 cup powder milk, sifted
•½ tsp vanilla
•½ cup carob chips (or chocolate chips)
Cream the butter, add sugar, milk powder, and vanilla. Mix all ingredients well and fold in carob chips. Roll the mixture into balls. Chill and serve.
Actually you can substitute the carob chips with anything you like – nuts, dried berries, or just exclude it at all.
